Walk down from your Friendship house rentals and spend a nice and quiet day with your family at Friendship Park that features volleyball courts, picnic tables, grills, family pavilion, and playground equipment including; swings, merry-go-round and slides. On this side of the park, you will find a small wildlife pond occupied mostly by birds, frogs and turtles. Good water quality accounts for excellent trout fishing and the lake is large enough for water skiing as well. Check out one of 23 named rock formations in the county like Ship Rock, Rabbit Rock or Friendship Mound. From Friendship village, you can plan up a day trip to Rock Castle Lake.
