Our spacious four bedroomed, two storey home is air conditioned and furnished to the highest standards, with private heatable swimming pool and large screened terrace. So, whether you want to 'do' the Theme Parks, enjoy a golfing break or just relax in the Florida sunshine, our beautifully appointed, privately owned villa is the ideal base.
Our villa is a luxury, 'Executive' style home, fitted and equipped to the highest of standards. It has Mediterranean-style ceramic floor tiles in the main living areas, as well as entrance hall, kitchen, all three bathrooms and laundry room. Fully air conditioned and, for added comfort, it has ceiling fans in every room. It comes complete with a double garage.
The Living Room is comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs, with a large multi-channel cable television and VCR.
The Luxury Kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher, with a breakfast nook, pantry and ceramic floor tiles.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a downstairs bathroom.
The Dining Room is conveniently situated next to the kitchen and has a lovely wooden table and chairs.
Alternatively, there is a covered lanai area outside next to the pool deck, with ceiling fan for your added comfort, should you wish to dine alfresco.
The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and spacious en-suite facilities with bath, double vanity unit, large walk-in shower and ceramic floor tiles.
Upstairs, there is another large double bedroom , two further bedrooms with twin beds, and a second large bathroom. Each bedroom has its own remote controlled cable television and ceiling fan.
Don't worry about packing a hairdryer or special adapters- hairdryers are provided in the bathrooms for your convenience.
Enjoy our spacious pool deck, with its attractive range of comfortable sun loungers. Sunbathe, relax with a book or cool off in our attractive kidney-shaped pool. The pool is fully screened so you can enjoy the alfresco lifestyle in comfort, protected from insect bites.
