The home is on the bay side of the Cape within only about a half-mile to the warm-water beaches. Entertainment all summer long can be found on the grounds of the Cape Playhouse on 6A. The 20-mile rail trail sutiable for walking, running, or biking is centrally located. Easy access to golf, shopping, boating, water sports, festivals, and beaches from this home in Dennis, which has been voted the ''All-American Town.''
