	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Funds Rates Seventh night is free week rental required for Thanksgiving, Christmas @ New Years weeks. Three and Four day holiday weekends require 3 to 4 night minimum stay. $200.00 Holiday weekend premium for major holiday weeks and 2nd & 3rd weekends in October. $135 Cleaning Fee and 12% Georgia Lodging Tax are required
	Cancellation Policy: Cancel 45 days in advance of check-in date and receive a full refund; Cancel 30 days in advance and receive a 50% refund; Cancel 14 days or less before check-in date and balance is due in full (including rental rates and applicable fees).
