Payment Policy: All Rates Are In US Dollars.
Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice. If you contact us to make a reservation, we will give verbal or written confirmation and hold the dates of your request without payment for up to ten days. After that interval a deposit of 25 percent of the total rental fee is required to secure the reservation. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. Your stay is subject to applicable Hawaii state taxes. The current Hawaii State Hotel Tax is 11.416%. (4.166% Hawaii State Sales tax and 7.25% Transient Accommodations tax). Hawaii State & Transient Accommodations tax are subject to change. A cleaning deposit fee of $100 is required. For stays over 10 days the $100 cleaning fee is waved.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made 90 or more days prior to arrival, you will receive back your deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations made 61 to 89 days prior to arrival, you will receive back your deposit, minus a $150 cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations made less than sixty days prior to the arrival date will be given only if the full amount due is equaled or exceeded by receipts from a subsequent rental to another party.

Rules: Air Conditioning Electricity is expensive in Hawaii! However we do not charge extra for this service, as many rental units do. Air Conditioning is included. It should only be need during the warmer months and during the hottest part of the afternoon. Then the cooling breezes come in and will circulate through the condo when the sliding glass doors and window are open. We ask that you assist by conserving energy. Mahalo Cleaning & Security Deposit No cleaning or security deposit is required for stays of 10 days or longer. We do not charge an extra fee for cleaning the condo upon your departure if your stay is longer than 10 days. For stays shorter than 10 days, the cleaning fee is $100. Check-in and Check-out You will be provided the combination to the key box located outside the unit door when full payment is made or 30 days prior to your visit, whichever is later. Check-in time is 3 pm. However, an earlier check-in may be possible if the unit has already been cleaned. Check with us if you will arrive earlier. Check-out time is 11 am. Please respect this time so we can prepare the unit for the next arriving guest.
