Rules:
1. We do not permit activities on the premises which are contrary to any laws, ordinances, insurance policy provisions, or any health / fire department requirements.
2. RENTER assumes all responsibility for safety and protect of others in the RENTER’s party using the hot tub, and to especially protect children from drowning. Sanitation chemicals used in the hot tub (bromine, PH adjusters, clarifiers, etc.) are standard items, but may cause allergic reactions for some. RENTER is responsible for due care of personal health and items in using the hot tub.
3. PETS AND SMOKING: Certain pets are allowed, but must be pre-approved with express consent by OWNER. No pets are to be left in the cabin unattended. A porch kennel for small animals is provided, and large animals may stay in the secure pen. SMOKING inside is strictly prohibited. (non-smoking guests will not tolerate the odor). Unauthorized pets, or smoking inside will automatically incur a charge to your card of $300, plus any other damages—no exceptions!
4. CLEANING and DAMAGE: Cleaning time in excess of 3 hours due to premises and linens that are not left reasonably clean and sanitary will incur charges to your card of $25.00 per hour.
5. Unless otherwise arranged, OWNER is responsible for payment of utilities. RENTER is asked to keep heat turned down between 60 and 65 degrees F. when away, and turn off kitchen appliances prior to leaving (very important for fire safety)!.
6. INSURANCE: OWNER is not responsible for injury to RENTERS, their family, or guests, or top damage done to their personal property during their stay. Trip losses are covered by policies such as those found at: http://www. Insuremytrip.com.
