Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be made only if we receive 30 days notice prior to the first day of reservation. On shorter notice, last minute cancellation, or earlier than scheduled departure, a deposit will be refunded only if the cottage can be re-rented over the entire reservation. In the event of a no show, the deposit will be forfeited and the balance due will be charged to your credit card.
