Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars
A 10% occupancy tax and one time cleaning fee of $65 will be added to above rates.

Cancellation Policy: Full payment required a min. of 30 days prior to arrival. Summer beachfronts and beach access are due a mininum of 60 days prior to arrival and all holiday reservations are due within 10 days of confirmation. A full refund is given if you cancel 1-29 days prior with no refunds given after this cancellation period. We will try to reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of original planned stay at same property based upon availability. There are no refunds for all holiday periods.
