Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

We want you to read this because we want you to be an informed guest. No surprises is a great policy leading to happy relations. We rent to families or responsible adults. 23 years of age is the resort minimum age for the responsible party. The age is checked at the resort entry. Make sure that the responsible party arrives first. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condominium. Evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.

A Security Deposit in the amount of $100.00, in addition to the Rental Deposit equal to one-third of the Rental Rate, is required to confirm the Guest's Reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the Guest after a thorough inspection and exit cleaning by the Owner's designee. Discovery of damage to the condo (caused by the Guest) or missing property will result in forfeiture of part or all of the Guest's Security Deposit. This will be done only after a discussion between the two parties. ALL other Deposits will be returned immediately.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing and received by the Owner no later than 30 days prior to the starting date of the reservation. All funds paid to date will be returned timely less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date will result in forfeiture of all funds unless we can re-rent the Condo for the same time frame.
