	Payment Policy: 50% at time of booking. 50% balance due 60 days before reservation
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: All cancellations prior to 90 days before rental will be subject to a 10% of full rental service fee or $100.00 whichever is greater. All cancellations between 90 days and 60 days prior to rental will be charged 25% of full rental. All cancellations within 60 days of rental period will be charged 50% of the full rental. Refunds for all cancellations within 30 days will be subject to minimum of 50% of full rental or whatever is recovered by replacement rental.
	Rules: Buy 6 get 1 night free applies to all dates except 12/20/08-1/3/09, 1/14/09-1/25/09, 2/13/09-2/20/09, 3/13/09-3/27/09.
