Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
$1000 non-refundable deposit (credited toward total bill).
$300 non-refundable cleaning deposit.
$750 separate security deposit (is not credited toward bill. It is refunded within fourteen days of departure, after inspection of the unit and golf cart).
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Weekly rates are for additional week after 30 day minimum.
