The deposit is $500.00 and must be received to secure your date. The deposit will be returned 5 days after your departure. The full rental payment must be paid in full 10 days before you arrive.

Cleaning and/or bar usage will be deducted from deposit. Also, Standard guests of 4 per rental or 25.00 per extra person. The cleaning fee is a standard charge of $125.00. Maid service is available by request for an additional charge. If needed, there will be a fee for extraordinary cleaning and for any damages.
