$200 Deposit (refundable!) + rates + $80 cleaning fee + sales tax (8.48% on rates only) + (pets, crib, if applicable)
Required $200.00 reservation/cancellation-damage deposit and ½ rent due at time of booking which can be made by check, cash, or we accept credit cards through Pay Pal. 3% credit card fee applies.
Short notices(w/in 30 days of arrival) must pay in FULL by cash or credit card! Checks won’t have time to clear!
Deposit will be returned by mail after departure when property has been inspected for damage or missing items. No refunds for early departure.
Must be 25 to rent. Check in time after 2:00 p.m. and check out time is by 11:00 a.m.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury or for any loss of personal items or valuables. There's plenty of parking for your boat trailer!
We accept credit cards thru PayPal, cash, and checks.
